I always thought about it. Didn't the guy who made King of Kong express interest in making a Super Paper Mario movie? The Mario rpg's are really the only Mario games worthy of a movie (in terms of plot), and as long as the characters kept their respective VA's, it would be pretty good. No matter what, I'd see a new Mario movie.

Not that I expect a movie, but I doubt they would slaughter it as much as the original Mario movie. Wasn't there supposed to be a Metroid movie, or was that a rumor? Twas a few years back.
I would go and kill the director and everyone else that helped make a new mario movie cause it would suck so bad.

If Nintendo makes it it will be good Nintendo makes the Pokemon Anime, Well Creatures Inc. makes it which is owned by Nintendo but published in the US by 4 Kids so if Nintendo makes it and not let 4 Kids touch it it will be good, I actually think Nintendo makes the Kirby one aswell but 4 Kids translates it, so Nintendo should make it but have all the voice actors from the games, it would be great I would watch it if it isn't tranlated by 4 Kids.

There will be another Mario movie, something that has the much potential for money making wont be left alone forever.That being said it will be a COLOSSAL mistake and dirty the character even farther then the last film did.People don't remember (or know) how much that awful movie hurt Nintendo's overall brand name.
I think a movie would be pretty sweet actually... but the thing is, the main character would have to be silent and limited to grunts and yelps :P
