I don't know if it's on the VC or ever will be.. but for those who have played it.. how is it?How is Secret of Mana?
Fantastic. Loved the characters, the story, the music, the art. It's up there with Chrono Trigger and FFIII as my favorites on the SNES. Of course, I haven't actually played it since 1993, so I'm going off a great deal of nostalgia (not that that's a bad thing). ;) I'd crap myself if it ever came to the VC.How is Secret of Mana?
It's a really really good game, nice characters, collors, and storytelling
Its one of few and I will repeat few ACTION-BASED rpgs that I enjoyed throughout my lifetime of playing nothing but rpgs. I am a traditionalist at heart.(turn-based) The artwork, story, gameplay, characters, etc was very enjoyable and memorable. Its an old fashion rpg down to its core. Really hard to explain it through words other then finding you and emulator and trying it out.
One of the best games for the SNES. It had great cooperative play with up to three players. And it's length puts current RPGs to shame.

The multiplayer aspect is fantastic. Secret of Mana is my third favorite Snes RPG, only behind Earthbound and Mario RPG. It's better than Chrono Trigger and FF3, imo, which is absolutely ridiculous. Play it.
Ugh, people need to start calling it FFVI. Because that's what it is.As for Sectret of Man, I've never played it but I'd love to.
Secret of Mana is AWESOME, try it

Secret of Mana stands out because it wasn't turn based.
