If at launch the Wii was $325 would it still have sold as well as it did? ($325 is about the average price Wii's go for on Ebay)If the Wii cost more
It's not, it never was, it never will beThere's no point in asking. If the Wii cost more
It's not, it never was, it never will beThere's no point in asking.
Just asking a question... jeesh...
This threads are annoying. ''What if the Wii didn't have the wiimote?'' ''What if the Wii went back to cartridges?'' ''What if Wii Sports was not included?'' ''What if the commercials weren't that good?'' It's all part of a strategy! The fact that it's small and has that iPod-like white, the wiimote, the price, the virtual console, the TV ads... It all works together and the Wii is winning this console war. If you can't believe Nintendo did a bunch of stuff right this time, that's entirely your problem.
You're right by sayin Nintendo did a bunch of stuff right. I don't disagree in anyway. The price has contributed to a huge portion of why it sells this well, but would Nintendo's innovation of the Wiimote controls have kept it out of stock to this point at the price of $325? That's what I should've said originally. I apoligize for the confusion.
