Madden 08 on the Wii - yeah or nah-

I have onlt played this version a few times - don't seem to be very user friendly compared to the 360 or ps3/Give you take -or have I jiust not played it enough?Madden 08 on the Wii - yeah or nah-
Nah, I heard all the current-gen versions are kinda slow %26 wack so just get the Ps2 one. That's what I did. But try out the ones for the systems you and a friend have, maybe you'll like them.Madden 08 on the Wii - yeah or nah-
it's a NAHit isn't readyit lags and all ... maybe 09 will be better
No idea what you guys are talking about with lag, unless you're referring specifically to online. I've played three full seasons of Madden 08, it plays just fine. There are a couple of annoying bugs though - first is minor, if you press A during the cut scenes where it shows your team walking up to the line (usually before a 3rd down play), the graphic blur effect will stick for the entire play. You have to let the cut scene finish and then its fine. The other is more serious, the game sometimes has a tendency to lockup after you've finished playing a game (before you can save). At that point you just lose your progress. I saw a post on EA's forums that said rebooting your console before starting Madden helps, and I haven't had a lockup since I started doing that.To be fair, I don't play online at all. So while I've read about issues with online play, they don't impact me. But in offline mode, I don't have any significant problems with Madden 08. It's definitely a worthwhile buy in that regard to me. If online is a big deal to you, my understanding is that it works better on the 360.
i have madden 08 for wii. its got some realy cool controls but the online is realy bad
yeah man, u should definetly get it. ive put so much hours into that game it isnt even funny. in fact, i was actually just playing it about 5 minutes ago
Dont get it if you have other systems, i only have a wii and i play it all the time but really when i think about the motion controls really dont make or break the game. So if you have a 360 or ps3 then its probably a bettter bet, cause there are a few glitches, they dont RUIN the game persay tho.
Not ''yeah'' or nah'' the ones a ''meh'' it's good if you like football, though the online isn't very good(I haven't noticed much lag but actually getting a game going is near impossible), and playing Madden with your friends is hard because the controls are so different.

I noticed it happened when I was pressing A and going from menu to menu too fast. If I cycled through the menus slower so the game can catch up to what I'm doing then it works fine.
I love Madden 08 :), I have it on Wii, I've played it at my Friends house on Ps3, and I also have played it on Xbox360. Wii Madden was my favourite. They obviously need to make improvements for next year, but I love it.
yeah
