i would be there at least 4-5 hours b4 open if not more. Tomorrows ToysrUS and BestBuy seem to have lots of attention for this week..more than normal for a wii release it seems. Good Luck!
My local Wal-Mart gets 10 or more Wii's in every tuesday.
