Retro 'Lemmings' game on the Wii, would ...

If Lemmings came out for the Wii would you consider purchasing it? Youd just use the remote as the ''mouse'' to click stuff on the screen. What if it had over 100 levels, some of which were classics from old platforms and from the game Oh No! More Lemmings aswell as the orig game. It could have some new features I dont know what, maybe some unlockable stuff after you get to certain levels. Maybe some new actions or something that you can make the Lemmings do, cant think of any atm though. They could use those same catchy tunes they did in the old games I loved those songs. Id love if it had 2 player mode, or you could do some kind of battle thing how you attack eachothers lemmings somehow that would be interesting if it worked lol suicidal lemmings.

What if it came on the VC instead, would you rather buy that? Personally id like a whole new game just for the Wii.What do you reckon, worth a play? Ideas, suggestions?:)Retro 'Lemmings' game on the Wii, would ...

Oh lemmings... that brings back memories. I used to try and group as many I could together then hit the nuke button to see how much of the level I could destroy. Would I buy it on the wii? No. Been there, done that.

I own a 360,but im planning on buying a wii very soon.SSBB ftw!I used to be a big nintendo fan back when i was younger,ive owned practically all there systems except for the wii and ds.I love nintendo i dont know whats up with all the ''one system'' fanboyness going on in system wars,but i know im gonna be happy with my 360 and wii side by side.

If they could make a good puzzle lemmings game with hundreds of replay value and even some new addictions to the series, lets say, co-op mode (on and offline) for example... if they could really make a great lemmings game for the wii, i'd buy yes.If they bring the original lemmings game to the Virtual Console, i'd get it.If they make some low-rated, rushed, stupid, bugged, not-fun, lemmings franchised game, no thx i'll pass.

They'd have to do something totally awesome to Lemmings for me to buy it. I imagine some developer would put it out there to make an easy buck with no genuine concern for the game - or any inovation for that matter. You never know though.
Possibly. They would need to expand the gameplay to keep it from being the same experience as the classic Lemmings we all remember. I would buy it if it introduced something new (and good).
WiiWare would be a good platform for it.
